Family of 4, ordered 3 subs, 1 spring roll (3 rolls), and medium fries. Subs were delicious, quality fresh grilled chicken and plenty of turnips. Spring rolls were great and the fries must have been the Costco variety or something similar because I love it more than the typical kinds you get at restaurants. We spent about 32, super affordable now that most places cost around 15 per person to eat until full.It is a bit of an awkward place to get to, been living in Steveston nearly my whole life and have always thought the harbour was a purely industrial/business kind of place. There are signs outside the gates, so just walk straight in then turn left then you’ll see it on the right hand side. (First door on left hand side when you get into the hallway.)I see the effort put into the website and great photos posted here and really hope to support this place from now on! 100% agree with other reviews saying this is a hidden gem, will be back to try other dishes :)

I've been here multiple times, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always great and the service is equally as good. I would highly recommend eating here if you are considering trying a new place for Vietnamese food or just in the area for a snack

This place was a little hard to find but glad we found it. Nice little place with good all day breakfast and Vietnamese food. We had the eggs, sausage, toast and hashbrown, rare beef, beef ball pho, lemon grass chicken, fried egg, spring roll on rice and lemon grass chicken, spring roll vermicelli bowl. The food was very good and service was great. Will come again...great find!

Greasy spoon/ VietnameseFast and friendly service, the staff is great. I'm a breakfast fan so I came for that and it was good, I would have given 5 stars but the hashbrowns are a potato patty. That being said, the Vietnamese food looked pretty good and my friend was quite satisfied with it.Will return again and again.

This is a family run restaurant and located inside the Steveston paramount. As to support our neighbourhood restaurants, we want to try this for long time. However, their open hours are almost similar as my working hours and we can only try on Saturday (Sunday - off)! Finally, we come today for late lunch. The owner are friendly and the foods are good. We try Pho/Coffee today and they also serve burgers, western breakfast too.Sure will come again and highly recommended.
